## The ladder

The written report within 48 hours of repo access or it is free; a full refund if you say within 7 days of getting it that it was not worth it (you keep the report); and a 30-day fix at no charge for any security or data problem of the kind the check covers that was in the checked code and was missed. ## Partner levels

- L1 Keep-alive, $500/mo: Monitoring, security and dependency patching, incident triage.
- L2 Care, $2,000/mo: Keep-alive plus a couple of small features or fixes a month.
- L3 Build, $4,500/mo: The everyday tier: about 3 to 4 features a month, plus design, monitoring, incident cover, and review of up to about 8 of your own PRs a month.
- L4 Fast, $8,000/mo: Weekly cadence, about 6 to 8 features a month, plus up to about 16 of your PRs reviewed and merged.
- L5 Dedicated, $10,000/mo: Also called cofounder. I run your technical function across your apps and think about where the product goes next. A technical cofounder without the equity conversation.

## Terms

- No hourly billing. One-off work is a fixed price agreed before work starts. Monthly plans are a flat price, month to month, no minimum term.
