## Engagements

### Pre-Launch Validation (Audit)
- What: an evidence-based audit of an AI-built or inherited app before you launch, sell, or raise. We check data isolation, auth and payment paths, what breaks under load. Every finding ships a re-runnable proof you can reproduce yourself.
- Best for: founders about to launch or sell a vibe-coded or inherited MVP who need to know it actually holds up.
- Typical: $1,500-3,000, fixed scope, 5-10 days.

### Project Rescue / Takeover
- What: we take over a stalled or breaking codebase whose original developer is gone, stabilize it, document it, and get it back to production.
- Best for: founders whose developer or agency left them with a product they depend on and can no longer maintain.
- Typical: scoped after a free diagnostic call (every codebase is different).

### Ongoing Technical Partnership
- What: a long-term partnership where we own the technical side of your product, ongoing development, maintenance, security, and scaling. Often structured as a base retainer plus a share of growth, so our incentives match yours.
- Best for: founders with a working, revenue-generating product who want one durable technical partner instead of a series of one-off contractors.
- Typical: retainer from $2,500/month; profit-share structures available for aligned long-term partnerships.
