Engagement format
Two-week discovery, followed by a four-week implementation block. Sessions are fully remote with async collaboration in Notion and Linear. We can co-present outcomes to investors or your board.
Investment starts at $12k for focused engagements. Add-ons include ongoing advisory retainers or interim product leadership.

Do we need a product manager to participate?
No. We often work directly with founders and engineering leads. If you have PMs, we collaborate to upskill them and align around the new operating model.
Will you help us raise capital?
We prepare the technical narrative, metrics, and due diligence binder so you can move quickly with investors. We also join calls when helpful.
Can you stay on afterward?
Yes. Many clients transition into part-time CTO or advisory retainers. We ensure a clean handover with documentation and established rituals.
