Where do I approve what my AI agents draft before it goes out?
Once a few agents draft things for a business, the approvals end up spread across Slack, email and a dashboard per tool. Something waits a day because nobody saw it, or goes out after the facts changed.
We run our own business this way: one list, rules for what may go out on its own, a hold window, and an approval tied to the exact text, so an edit cancels it.
We are setting this up for other owners. It is not a product yet. We are doing it by hand for a first small group.
What we would set up
- Every draft your agents want to send, in one list on your phone, with what it is replying to and why the agent wrote it.
- Approve, edit or hold each one. An edit cancels the approval until you approve again.
- Standing rules, for example "send it on its own if it passes these checks, after a 12 hour hold".
- A log of what went out and who approved it, so you can answer a customer who asks why they got that email.
