The Sprint

Stop pasting into ChatGPT. Connect AI to your business properly.

A 2-3 month engagement that takes your business data, your existing workflows, and your tools, and connects them into an AI system you operate from. RAG knowledge base, custom chat trained on your docs, automated workflows, tool integrations. You keep the data, the access, the code, the runbook.

Fixed price. 2-3 months. Founder delivery, no agency layer.

Who this is for

If you have been using AI chat and feeling the ceiling

  • You use AI chat every day but still copy-paste between it and your actual work
  • You have heard about AI agents but don't know how to set them up for your business
  • Your business data is scattered across docs, email, Slack, your CRM, and you wish you could query it all in one place
  • You know you are using a fraction of what AI could do for you, and that gap is getting bigger every month
  • Your team is under 50 people and you can still make decisions without a committee
Proof

Track record.

The numbers below are not case studies, they are my actual operating context. The dev pipeline running my own work is the proof that the patterns work; the same patterns scale to your business operations.

15

6
months running my own multi-agent dev pipeline. Same patterns brought to your operations.
$2.5K-$25K

The 2-3 months

What it looks like

01

Map (week 1-2)

We map your business data, your current workflows, and the specific places AI could land. Where you are copy-pasting today, what knowledge lives in your head, which tools your team is already in. Scope locks before the build starts.

02

Build (weeks 3-8)

I stand up the RAG knowledge base on your business data, a custom chat trained on it, one to two end-to-end workflows automated, and tool integrations so the chat can take action. You see weekly progress in your own system, not in a demo environment.

03

Hand off (weeks 9-12)

Training for you and one or two of your people. A written runbook for how to add data sources, tune the chat, expand workflows. Thirty days of stabilization included. Everything is in your accounts: your data, your prompts, your access keys.

What is running

The system, after handoff.

By the end of the Sprint your team has a working chat that knows your business, can take action through your tools, and surfaces patterns from your data. This is what one running operation looks like in motion.

Deliverables

What you keep at the end.

Everything below is yours. No license, no per-seat fee, no platform dependency that breaks when I stop paying my own bills.

Knowledge Base
Your business, queryable
A RAG knowledge base built on your existing docs, transcripts, emails, and notes. Chat that actually knows what your company does, who works there, what your contracts look like, what your processes are.
Custom Chat
A chat that knows your business
Not a generic ChatGPT wrapper. A chat configured for your operation, your voice, your guardrails. Answers from your documents, not the open internet.
Workflows
One or two workflows, fully automated
We pick the one to two workflows where AI moves the needle most. Onboarding, intake, follow-ups, scheduling, contract review, whatever your highest-drag thing is. End-to-end automation, not a Zap.
Tool Hookups
Chat that actually does things
Chat connected to Gmail, Slack, your CRM, Notion, Sheets, whatever your stack is. So when you ask it to send the follow-up or update the record or pull the report, it just does it.
Insights
What your data has been hiding
A pass over your existing business data with patterns surfaced. Customer trends, churn signals, ops bottlenecks, places where AI could save the most time. Not a deck. A live dashboard.
Runbook
A written operating doc
How to add a new data source, how to tune the chat behavior, how to add another workflow, how to swap the underlying model. Two of your people get walked through it before handoff.
FAQ

Straight answers.

Retrieval-Augmented Generation. The chat looks up answers in your documents before responding instead of guessing from training data. That is what makes the difference between "generic AI chat" and "AI that actually knows your business." Your team gets real answers from your real documents, not hallucinated approximations.
No. Most clients start with data scattered across drives, inboxes, and old systems. Part of the Sprint is making sense of what you have and getting it ingested. We do not require you to organize everything first. We work with what is actually there.
You do not need to be. You need to know your business and be able to point at the workflows that hurt most. I handle the technical side. By the end, you will know enough to add new data sources and tune the chat without needing me. That is the handoff.
Yes. Everything runs in your accounts (your OpenAI / Anthropic key, your cloud, your vector store). I do not host your data. The system can be configured to run fully on-prem if that matters to your industry.
The Sprint covers tool-enabled chat (chat that can take action: send email, update CRM, query data). That is the practical "agent" most businesses actually need. If you want full autonomous multi-agent systems for product or code, that is a separate engagement with custom scope, talk to me about it.
Fixed price, in the $2.5K to $25K range depending on data complexity and number of workflows. Discovery call sets the bracket. No hourly billing, no scope-creep up-sell, no ongoing license. After the Sprint you own everything.
For founders past the basic-setup stage, I run a more advanced track: custom Sprint roadmap, ROI-tied milestones, enabled by my own dev pipeline. That is a separate conversation. Book a scoping call and we will figure out which engagement fits.
Discovery is two weeks. If during scoping I do not think the Sprint will move the needle for your situation, I will tell you and we will not start the build. Once the build starts the price is fixed and the scope is locked. If the system does not do what we agreed in scoping, I keep working until it does.

15 years building product. Engineering lead on BizJetJobs (aviation marketplace) since 2011. Currently running a 6-agent code pipeline that ships my own product work autonomously.

The Sprint is me delivering directly. No agency layer, no junior handoff, no offshore contractor. You get the same person who built the systems I run on my own products. Two of your people get walked through the runbook before handoff so you are independent at the end.

If during scoping I do not think the Sprint will move the needle for your situation, I will tell you. The Sprint works for a specific shape of problem. It is not the right tool for every situation.
