How do I get customers without a sales team?
You know your industry better than any sales hire would. What you do not have is the hours to find the next customer, write to them, follow up, and answer every reply while you keep building.
So selling happens in bursts. A good week of outreach, then a release slips and the pipeline goes quiet for a month.
We are setting up the whole engine as a service we run for a few founders. We find the buyers, write to them and answer them. You take the calls. It is not a product yet. We are running it by hand for a first small group.
This is for you if
- You already have paying customers, and you could name the next ten companies that should buy from you.
- You know your industry better than a sales hire would, and you decide what goes out in your name.
- You will take the calls. We handle everything before them.
What we would set up
- A list of the companies most likely to buy from you, with the reason each one made the list. It is rescored every week, so a company that just started looking moves to the top instead of waiting for next quarter.
- Outreach in your name and your voice.
- Your business showing up when buyers ask Google, ChatGPT or Perplexity who to use.
- Every reply answered, and the good ones handed to you as a conversation worth your time.
- A short weekly read of what went out, who answered and what to change, plus a weekly call with Matt, who runs it.
